Glossary For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be understood as: a) Platform: The website https://jxbs.ia. b) JXBS S.A.S.: JXBS. c) Company or Recruiter: A legally established legal entity under applicable laws that, after contracting with JXBS and creating a Business Profile, uses the Platform to post or publish Job Offers. d) Job Offer: A job posting published by the Company for a position within its organization. e) Candidate: An individual of legal age and with full legal capacity who accesses the website to search for Job Offers and apply with their data as a candidate. f) Account or Access Account: An account created by JXBS to access the Platform’s Services. g) Service: Access to the platform to complete registration and respond via video to questionnaires proposed by companies or online talent recruitment platforms. h) User: An individual who uses the Platform to browse, use the Services, and register as a Candidate for a Job Offer. i) Website: The JXBS Platform. j) Records and Trademarks: Refers to the Platform, including its structure, design, interfaces, databases, text, digital content, images, videos, music, and all graphic elements, HTML tags (meta-tags), registrations, patents, copyrights, trade names, trademarks, trade secrets, industrial improvements, and, in general, any other industrial and intellectual property rights registered in favor of JXBS or its subsidiaries or affiliates, or otherwise related to the Platform. Use of the Platform JXBS provides its services through a recruitment platform by publishing Job Offers from Companies to which Users may apply. In this way, JXBS connects Recruiters and Candidates. JXBS uses its own selection criteria to work with companies that meet its profile, meaning ethical companies that offer a suitable work environment, among other factors. The Platform allows Users to access three specific features:

1. Job Management: Allows Users to apply to different Job Offers.
2. Platform Access: Enables registration and participation in selection processes including video interviews.
3. Access to training and professional development content: Educational content designed to enhance Users’ professional skills and better prepare them for future job opportunities. These may include short courses, virtual workshops, interactive guides, and resources.

V. Registration and Account To access the Services, Users must register their personal information. Users are responsible for ensuring the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. To access the features, a registration form must be completed with the required information. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, precise, and truthful data, and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of your registration data. Once registered, you will be provided with an account, which is personal, unique, and non-transferable. Any activity performed from the Account will be considered carried out by the Account holder, who assumes full responsibility for its use. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the User must immediately notify the platform through the established channels. VI. Account Verifications By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User authorizes JXBS to verify and record Account information to ensure that such Account truly belongs to the User registered on the Platform. VII. Electronic Messages By providing their email address to JXBS, the User agrees that JXBS may send them messages or emails regarding activity on their Access Account and service updates. If the User wishes to opt out, they must contact support@jxbs.io. VIII. User Information The Platform will contain information related to recruitment and existing vacancies, as well as descriptive profiles of Companies and, in some cases, video interviews. Users will find Job Offers published by Recruiters so they can apply directly online. Users who use the Platform understand, acknowledge, and expressly guarantee the legality and truthfulness of the information they share. When using the Platform, Users must at all times observe and comply with the following:

1. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Share and/or communicate only current and truthful information.
3. Refrain from posting or sharing information other than that required by JXBS.
4. Refrain from posting or distributing religious, political, or illegal content through the Platform.
5. Refrain from publishing and/or distributing any illegal, infringing, defamatory, offensive, obscene, political, religious, discriminatory, violent, xenophobic, or hate-inciting content; or any content that is immoral or violates property rights.
6. Do not manipulate the Platform, Services, or JXBS’s technical or IT systems.
7. Do not assign, in whole or in part, the rights and obligations derived from accepting these Terms and Conditions without JXBS’s prior consent.
8. Do not use false identities or impersonate others when using the website or any of its services, including using third-party passwords or access keys.

IX. Rights and Responsibilities of JXBS JXBS reserves the right to provide Services at its sole discretion, including the ability to modify at any time their features, content, availability, or technical requirements for access, without implying any obligation to review, alter, or restrict content generated by Users or Recruiters. It may also restrict or deny access to the Services if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Services are being misused or used unlawfully. JXBS may also temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, compliance with legal requirements, or other justified reasons. JXBS commits to making all reasonable efforts to minimize Service interruptions and reduce any inconvenience to Users. It will also strive to keep Services available 24/7, except in exceptional circumstances such as scheduled maintenance or events beyond its control. JXBS implements and maintains appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of User data. It also commits to avoiding unauthorized modification or disclosure of such data, except where required by law or for service provision, technical support, quality control, or user service. X. Links to Third-Party Websites This website may contain links to other websites maintained by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those websites. Liability JXBS is not liable for: (a) how Users use the Platform; (b) consequences from interactions between Candidates and Recruiters; (c) data loss or damages; (d) User violations of these Terms; (e) third-party rights infringements; (f) applicable law violations; (g) User negligence or misconduct; or (h) unauthorized actions by third parties on User accounts. XIII. Termination of Services Either party may terminate these Terms. Users may deactivate their account at any time. JXBS may terminate services with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for breach, misconduct, fraud, or prohibited conduct. Upon termination, JXBS may delete the User’s account and content. XIV. Non-Discrimination JXBS does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, orientation, nationality, or socioeconomic status. XV. Modifications JXBS may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the Platform or other means. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. XVI. Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Users outside Ecuador access the site at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. XVII. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first attempt to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If no resolution is achieved, either party may pursue legal action. XVIII.
